A poem in the shape of a rock that reads as follows: We go through life like rocks in a tumbler Constantly getting thrown around and around Undergoing unforeseen challenges in this adventure Until all the rough edges of our being are finely ground Going through phases of course grinding and fine polishing Enduring until we are smooth and our surface is free of blemish Perpetually wearing down until we radiate energy that is astonishing Willing to sustain all of the suffering and pain for the worthwhile polish Refining and homogenizing what our eyes can see is only the first stage The layers that are hidden deep within require a more tedious method The next steps come when you are brave enough to turn the page Once your true self has been found and you are authenticated Some rocks are harder and take longer to polish and grind They are the ones that end up having the strongest shine Displaying a genuine aesthetic that is hard to find With their true selves they are willing to align. The word "Rock" is written in a geometric font on top of the outlined poem.

A poem in the shape of a horn, titled "Horn", that reads as follows: Realizing you no longer stand in your way No one and nothing can ever stop you Mind and body meet halfway Their reunion long overdue Change in identification That leads to peace Enables relaxation Thoughts cease Meditation gives you a break Telling the rest of the world to wait From your slumber you begin to awake Knowing that reality is what you create Attention is given to the here and now Not being ruled by the ticking of time Going beyond what others allow Seeking what is sublime.

A poem in the shape of an Erlenmeyer flask titled "Scientific Poet" that reads as follows: Through a twist, I have found a way. A poet and scientist, Experimenting all day. A lab of stanzas and verse, I mix both meter and rhyme. I create things that are diverse, Looking for a way to pass my time. Searching all thoughts for a new design, The sentences in my mind find ways to align. Showing me the right rhyme to complete a line, Through my hidden muse, one that is truly divine. Authenticity is shining, waiting to come out and be seen. There is much it wants to share, breaking free from within. My true self is so much more than words I type on the screen, There is a world waiting for me to explore, hidden beneath skin.

A poem titled "Way to Shine" shaped like an arrow. It reads as follows: How Do I know Where to go To finally glow Many have asked What it takes to change How to make happiness last And make life plans rearrange One must choose to turn around And break free from old habits within For that is when happiness will be found When light is free to shine, we will finally win We all can change The choices made Expand our range No longer afraid Live for today Let go of fear Find the way You are near.

A poem in the shape of a bowling pin that reads as follows: They say At least an hour Each and every day Of constant motion Turn off the screen Go outside for air Drink caffeine And move I say no for now Take a break today Time to settle down Stay inside with yourself Don't worry about your steps Or about your chores right now They will be there in a few minutes Take this moment now to do nothing Sit alone and let silence flourish inside Take a look at what your thoughts hide There's nothing worth your attention More than this present moment See yourself for the first time Who you are as a being No need to change Just be yourself The words "Bowling Pin" are written in a geometric font on top of the outlined poem.

A poem in the shape of an egg that reads as follows: People are good Or at least they try to be Based on their understanding The way in which you respond is key That hurtful remark coming from a friend Tears are fought as they claim it was a jest Trust they speak only out of good intentions Believe they want to see you become your best That joke pointing out your flaws and imperfections As if you did not already know all about their being It is not meant to be cold and heartless in delivery They just want to motivate your own well-being There's nothing you have to physically change Though mentally there is a lot to work on Change on how you view yourself You are more than a pawn Insecurities can improve Confidence is freeing Life will be confusing Until you start seeing It doesn't take much To change perspective When you look in the mirror See how the universe is connective The word "Egg" is written in a geometric font on top of the outlined poem.

A poem in the shape of four dots that reads as follows: A new day, To find your way. True inner peace is key, Seeing you can be, Come what may. Enjoy the unknown, Know you are not alone, This journey we all share, Keep going if you dare, Never on your own. Find love within, Through thick and thin. Find ways you can share, Just how much you care, Never too late to begin. Find what calms, Love all with open arms. We're all united in strife, We can live a better life, No one harms. The outline of a triangle connects the four dots, and the word "Dots" is written in a geometric font on top of the outlined poem.

A poem in the shape of a raindrop falling into a puddle that reads as follows: A drop Or puddle Who decides The lines muddle Where is the difference Which of the labels is right At either end of the spectrum There is a point they can unite There is a boundary they dissolve With one another they each huddle Not viewing themselves as separate The raindrops collect into a puddle Peering into their reflections Lines begin to melt away Forming the sea of life Together they play There is no telling where one ends and the other begins They realize that there is no difference between their kins Personal identity Builds up your barrier Break it with compassion Realizing no one is superior There is time to change the future Find new ways that you can be of aid Prioritize feeling someone else's pain Be selfless even when you're afraid Do what it takes to be a creator Building a life that is greater By trusting your intuition Not waiting for later Helping those Feeling blue See them As you The word "Puddle" is written in a geometric font on top of the outlined poem.

A poem in the shape of a volcano eruption. It reads as follows: Soaring to new heights when you are brave Having the courage to go through the uncharted Not knowing where this forged path will take you Allow it to lead you until you are departed Breaking down barriers Constantly trying Not stopping For anything Lost in thoughts Leading you astray Each one dreaming Of an alternative today Exploring through the clouds Worlds beyond our usual reach Reality is what you make it to be Be open to what it is trying to teach It is from what you don't know that you learn Showing you ways that have always been there Your perspective just needed to shift for you to see it You just needed someone to help make you more aware The word "Eruption" is written in a geometric font on top of the outlined words.

A poem in the shape of a lunar eclipse that reads as follows: Life will not wait For dreams we deny Hope will dehydrate When rivers begin to dry Many cannot communicate Some just refuse to comply Those watching fill with hate Wondering if anyone will try To see what they can create So others don't have to pry Sharing their personal fate So that one day we all fly Regardless of how they rate Wisdom they can supply Don't join the debate Reach for the sky The word "Eclipse" is written in a geometric font on top of the outlined poem.
