A poem titled beauty that reads: We all hold beauty within our souls, a beauty that follows us everywhere we go. It is a glorious essence that floods every vein, like water down a stream after it rains. It is a rhythmic beat controlling the tempo of all that is blanketing the world with harmonic bliss. It is a light from the divine that often goes unseen, a hand painting the canvas of life behind the scene. Even when circumstances seem to decline, the sun continues to rise and the stars align. Our beauty is the beauty of the universe, one that can only be hinted at through verse.

A poem titled Majestic Consciousness that reads: In the landscape of my mind, a transformation takes place, As I reshape my thoughts and create a new space.   I have wandered too long through a barren terrain, Where negative whispers fuel doubt and pain.   But now I stand tall, with resolve in my gaze, Ready to reshape my mental maze.   I banish the doubts that once held me back, And use declarations that keep me on track.   Gone is the hesitation, the "I can't" and "I won't," As I replace them with words that have a positive tone. I release the grip of negative thinking's hold, And stop listening to the stories my thoughts once told.

A poem titled Starting Over that reads: To me, life is a canvas, vast and wide, A tapestry of moments, side by side. Its edges fray, its colors sometimes dim, Yet every thread, every hue, is a hymn.   It's a song of joy, a lullaby of pain, A symphony of sunshine, and of rain. Some notes are clear, others hard to trace, Yet every one is in its right place.   Like pages in a book yet to be read, Or stories that live inside of our head. We weave our tales, some bitter, some sweet, Each step we take makes our heart complete.   The journey's not just about the end, But every twist, every turn, and every bend. For in the search, the seeking, the quest, We find our essence and become our very best.   Life is an adventure, wild and free, A dance of fate and destiny. I choose to embrace it, come what may, For in its rhythm, I find my way.

A poem titled New Year that reads: As the clock ticks past midnight, the chorus chimes, "New year, new me," a mantra for the times. Yet here I stand, beneath the same moon's glow, Not seeking reinvention, but steady flow. For self-love whispers gently, "You are enough," No need for grand resolutions that by March will be gone. I know that I am flawed, and that's okay, As a human, I am not meant to be perfect. The new year's page turns, not to overwrite, But to continue the story of discovering my light. I am not broken, there is nothing to mend, I am just a traveler, on a journey that never ends. I am learning and growing at my own pace, Welcoming January with a smile on my face. No "new me" beckons, for the "me" that's here, Is ever-changing, and she's a love I hold dear. So let the calendar change, its pace is not mine, The person that I am transcends space and time.

A shape poem titled "Soulmates" that reads" I believe in soulmates, but not in the ones you find, not the ones you stumble upon, not the ones fairytale say will come. I believe in soulmates, the ones made through time by two people who choose love one another, in every way, every day. I believe in soulmates, the ones that are worked for. Not the ones that are easy to come by, but the kind that choose to stay together. I believe in soulmates, the ones that are made through conscious awareness that results in a love that is endless.

A part of the poem titled Embryonic Diapause from Metamorphosis: Unveiling My Inner Light by Ana Castillo Jimenez that reads: I am the master, the captain of my ship, Navigating emotions with love's tight grip. I am ready to step forward into a new shore, Toward a land where there are dreams to explore. With every breath, I release what no longer serves, I honor my emotions, their purpose observed. The journey unfolds, as I let go of the past, I look forward to the future, ready to be free at last.

A shape poem titled Unity that reads: Building relationships, strong and true, will help you become a better you. Strive each day to do your best, and let your spirit be at rest, for a better person you will be, when you embody love and unity. To start, look deep within your heart, and let go of fear that keeps you apart, from others, and from yourself, depart, and find the love that is in your heart. Be kind to those that you may meet, and spread love in every heartbeat.

A shape poem titled Intention's Guiding Light that reads: I will no longer live in a haze, That blurs together all of my days. In the pursuit of dreams, I'll find my bliss, With my heart as my compass, I'll never miss. I choose to believe that I am loved and protected, Even though sometimes I feel lonely and rejected. Those feelings arise from the darkness in me, But that doesn’t mean that I have to agree. I choose love, I choose light, And I refuse to give up this fight. I choose to not let others influence how I feel, So that I can control my emotions and begin to heal.

A poem titled Mountains that reads: In a world so vast and wide, I search this place in which I reside, Every corner, every path, every bend, Asking when the searching will finally end. Mountains touch the sky and valleys go deep, As my journey takes me where the shadows creep, I turn deep within where I have my own guiding star, And it gently whispers to me where my true lands are. There is no map to be found in which my way is shown, Only through my heartbeats will my way ever be known, In this world that is so vast and free, my place I finally find, Knowing I am where I should be, I now have peace of mind.
